iWater Reverse Osmosis

Description And Use

Reverse Osmosis is a process that forces, by the application of pressure, the water to pass through a semi-permeable membrane that rejects heavy metals, salts, and inorganic compounds. This includes the naturally occurring minerals.
Reverse osmosis is often used in commercial and residential water filtration. It is also one of the methods used to desalinate seawater. Sometimes reverse osmosis is used to purify liquids in which water is an undesirable impurity.

swro Seawater (iWater SWRO)

Due to the world's shortage of water, engineers are looking into using seawater as an alternative source of water. The seawater typically has a much higher total dissolved solids of 35,000 ppm compared to brackish water. The iWater SWRO is specifically designed to remove the salinity from the seawater.
